Within walking distance, you’ll find Carousel Marina, home to The Whale’s Tale, Seafarer’s Pub, and Lobster Wharf—each offering outdoor seating, live music, and stunning sunset views. Barrett’s Park is less than a mile away and features a sandy beach, a designated swimming area, and a spacious grassy lawn perfect for picnics. You can also take a morning stroll along the Spruce Point shoreline, where you’ll enjoy views of the historic Burnt Island Lighthouse.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
