Tucked behind the main house with its own private entrance, the Guest House reflects the refined character of the property while offering modern comforts and amenities.
The Guest House features two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a cozy living area, and a full bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in shower. Guests also have access to the backyard, which includes a fire pit, grill, and small lawn—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

-This is a small, guest house located at the back of the primary home. Most of the time, the primary home will not be occupied at the time of rental.
-Both bedrooms are located off the main living area, in the back of the guest house - there is a door that closes between bedroom area and living room for added privacy.
-1 Full bathroom with walk in shower
-There is a church across the street with a bell that rings every hour. The guest house is located in the back, but white noise machines are provided in each bedroom for sensitive sleepers.

Neighborhood Note: This is a quiet neighborhood but there are neighboring houses very nearby. You will see and hear neighbors in their yards, and may hear dogs barking, children playing, etc. Bath is a walkable city, but a car is needed to get to this location and to explore the neighboring towns. No dogs are allowed at this property.

Stroll along historic Front Street, home to an array of locally owned shops and three independent bookstores or admire the grand homes built during Bath’s shipbuilding heyday for wealthy sea captains and shipbuilders.
Brunswick, home to Bowdoin College, is just a 15-minute drive away via Route 1. If you're in the mood for the beach, both Popham Beach State Park and Reid State Park are approximately 15 miles away. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
